Two Decades Inside Fortune 500 Operations, Now Pointed at Yours

My grandfather was a blacksmith in Costa Rica. My father came to this country, worked an office job, and sold cars on the side to keep the family moving forward. I'm first-generation, and I grew up around people who ran things that had to work.

I spent my career in data and AI inside some of the largest operations in the world: one of the world's largest airlines, the world's largest commercial aircraft manufacturer, and one of the largest private conglomerates in the country. Predictive maintenance on wide-body fleets. Dispatch optimization across thousands of vehicles a day. Document intelligence on the paperwork that keeps aircraft legal to fly.

What I learned is that the hard part was never the model. It was knowing which decisions were worth automating, getting the data honest enough to trust, and shipping something the operation would actually use on a Tuesday morning. Most organizations never get that far, because the strategy work and the engineering work sit in two different firms.

That's why I started Sage AI: one team that decides where AI pays off and then builds the system that proves it.

The Same Problems. Different Scale. Same AI.

Operations-heavy organizations run on the same handful of hard decisions, whether the fleet is 40 aircraft or 40 trucks. Here is where enterprise AI work maps onto yours.

Where We Built It Where It Applies in Your Operation The AI System
Airline crew & technician dispatch Fleet routing, field crews, service scheduling Intelligent dispatch & optimization
Aircraft predictive maintenance Fleet & equipment reliability, unplanned downtime Predictive maintenance
Passenger communication at scale Customer, dealer & constituent contact volume Voice AI & agentic automation
Flight operations documentation Compliance files, contracts, regulatory paperwork Document intelligence
